When you enter your details, please double-check that your postal and email addresses are correct and please provide a contact telephone number in the event that the courier needs to contact you.
UK Addresses
We use Royal Mail Tracked 24 and 48 hours: up to 2kg is charged at £3.95 inc VAT; above 2kg up to 10kg at £7.70 and above 10kg up to 20kg at £11.20.
Overseas Addresses
All lighter packages are sent by Royal Mail International Tracked which is tracked end-to-end. Our charges are calculated in the checkout, when you choose your country, the charge is based on the weight of the package.
Royal Mail International Tracked aims to deliver in 3-7 working days. We will always send you the tracking number for your package, which will be sent at the same time as your order. Please ensure you provide a contact telephone number for all overseas orders as this is a requirement for delivery companies.
