When you enter your details, please double-check that your postal and email addresses are correct and please provide a contact telephone number in the event that the courier needs to contact you.
We use Royal Mail Tracked 48 hours: up to 2kg is charged at £4.50 inc VAT; above 2kg up to 10kg at £7.70 and above 10kg up to 20kg at £11.20.
All lighter packages are sent by Royal Mail International Signed-for and, for countries where it is unavailable, Royal Mail Airsure which is tracked end-to-end. For heavier packages (and for lighter ones if you choose), orders are sent by fully tracked courier. Our charges are calculated in the checkout, when you choose your country, the charge is based on the weight of the package.
Royal Mail Airmail aims to deliver in 3-5 working days. Courier delivery times vary from courier to courier and destination to destination. We will always send you the tracking number for your package, which will be sent at the same time as your order. Please ensure you provide a contact telephone number for all overseas orders as this is a requirement for our delivery companies.
We regret that due to Russian Federation custom restrictions, we cannot send any foodstuffs to Russia.
